Ten alleged associates of slain Islamist rebel leader Said Buryatsky were arrested as suspects in the November 2009 bombing of the Nevsky Express train, Russian media sources reported on March 10th. The suspects were detained in Ingushetia during a two-day raid last week that left eight dead including Buryatsky. The group is suspected of involvement of the Moscow to St. Petersburg luxury train, which left 26 people dead. Media sources reported that parts of explosive devices and a mobile telephone which could have been used to set off the bomb were uncovered in the home of one of the suspects.
