The Indian Mujahideen (IM) terror group has reportedly shifted its overseas base of operation from Bangladesh to Nepal after the latter's new government launched an offensive against militant groups operating in its territory, Indian media claimed on March 10th, citing unnamed Indian intelligence officials. These sources also claimed that IM has carried out a series of reconnaissance operations around West Bengal's Kolkata and may be planning additional operations in India's east.
