What are the steps for submitting a quote request? Download the HTH Global HealthGuard census form at http://www.hthbusiness.com/Global_HealthGuard_Group_Census.xls, submit the completed form to corporatesales@hthworldwide.com. A proposal will be generated and the HTH Sales Manager will deliver the proposal to the prospect and schedule a virtual presentation using WebEx to review the proposal with the potential client. How long will it take to receive a proposal? If the all of the necessary information is submitted, HTH will be able to produce a proposal in five business days. How does the payment process work? Invoices are generated on a monthly basis at the end of each month for the future months premium. These invoices will be mailed to the client and are also available online through the administrative tool. How much lead time is required to install a Global HealthGuard policy? From the time that HTH receives the completed application, HTH will require fifteen business days to implement the program. What is included with the fulfillment material? The fulfillment package includes the member's medical and prescription ID card, a member guide which includes instructions for registration on the hthbusiness.com website.
