What are the steps for submitting a request for proposal?

Download the Business Traveler Request for Proposal form at http://www.hthworldwide.com/corp_brokers/bt_rfp_tdr.doc, submit the completed form via fax to 610.293.3529 or e-mail to corporatesales@hthworldwide.com. A proposal will be generated and the HTH Sales Manager will deliver the proposal to the prospect and schedule a virtual presentation using WebEx to review the proposal with the potential client.

How long will it take to receive a proposal?

If the all of the necessary information is submitted, HTH will be able to produce a proposal in five business days.

How does the Minimum Deposit payment process work?

The Business Traveler is an annual policy and billed on an annual basis. Premium is based on the overall number of travel days, number of travelers and the specific destinations of travel. The company should notify HTH if travel is expected to exceed the initial estimates by more than 25%.

How much lead time is required to install a BT program?

From the time that HTH receives the completed application and binder check, HTH requests ten business days to implement the program.

What is included with the fulfillment material?

Fulfillment materials including the member ID cards and member guide, describing the program and how to access the HTH Global Health and Safety Services, will be available online at www.hthbusiness.com within 10 business days of receiving the completed application. Materials will also be sent via email to the group and hard copy materials are available upon request.
